Do I need to open an account to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
How do I create an account?
Once we've designed your artwork we aim to dispatch your product 24-48 hours after. You will be emailed to you when tracking is available.
When do I get my digital art file?
We aim to deliver your artwork for approval 48 hours after your order has been purchased and finalised. This is the perfect time to request any changes big or small!
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We aim to offer your revised artwork file 24-48 hours after purchase. This is the perfect time to make any amendments or changes to your design. Once the printing process has started we are unable to offer any refunds or amendments due to the design being unique to you and your beloved pet.
If we haven’t heard from you 48 hours after the revised artwork was sent. We will consider the design complete and continue with the printing process.
Custom Pet Designs & Orders
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer custom previews before ordering. If you are unhappy with your design you are able to make unlimited changes & revisions to get it just perfect!
What animals can you do?
We offer absolutely any animal regardless of the species or breed! We work with some of the most talented artists. Make sure you send in a high-quality photo of your desired pet for a superb finished design!
Is my photo good enough to use?
As long as you followed the guidelines listed Here then your photo will be good enough – we will contact you if we need an additional photo.
Does it matter about background objects?
No not really, our designers are able to work around objects in the background. However the less backgrounds items the better.
Shipping & Returns
What shipping methods are available?
We offer one standard shipping method. We aim to deliver all parcels in 5-10 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are able to ship to more than 200 countries. If you’re unable to find your selected country please reach out to us.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We provide tracking numbers once your product has been dispatched, please check your emails for your tracking number.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to deliver all orders between 7-10 working days, depending on the country destination.
We provide your digital file 24-48 hours after ordering, once you approve we send it for printing & shipping.
If your order is taking longer than 10 working days please reach out to us so we can check.
Do you offer refunds?
As your products are tailored specifically for you we are unable to offer refunds. This is the reason why we offer unlimited revisons to ensure you are satifised with your artwork. However, if you receive a damaged product or incorrect design then we are happy to replace this.
What if I don't like my order?
We work very hard to make sure you love your artwork!
Once your order has been placed and our designers have completed your portrait for review/approval you will have 48 hours to send in any edit requests or approve it for printing.
If after 48 hours we haven’t heard from you we will consider the artwork complete/approved and continue with printing.
We provide unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your artwork.
